In promoting CSR activities, the MinebeaMitsumi Group will appropriately manage the organization in accordance with our corporate philosophy and "The Five Principles," and adhere to its Code of Conduct.

2. Creation of Social Value through Products
As a manufacturer of precision products supporting society, the MinebeaMitsumi Group is actively developing reliable products which reduce energy consumption, and making them widely available.
3. Continuous Improvement and Raising of Awareness
We will put forth goals to be achieved, based on understanding the MinebeaMitsumi Group's social responsibilities and the key problems that need to be addressed, and continue to improve our CSR activities through implementation and continual review. We will also strive to raise awareness of CSR among all employees through CSR activities.
4. Dialogue with Stakeholders
Constructive dialogue with stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders, local communities, global society, suppliers, and the environment) allows us to meet expectations and respond to requests, and we will improve transparency and accountability in our corporate activities.

NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. is committed to provide high quality products and services, build customer satisfaction, and ensure safety of consumer. We take social participation and development into account by following laws and regulations, or other concerned practices to lay the basis for continual and sustainable social responsibility, including following the CSR-DIW Continuous which was launched by the Department of Industrial Works.
The company has been continuously managed to hold social responsibility activities as the examples shown below:
CSR Promotion Activities in Thailand
On October 5, 2024, the CSR Committee of NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. organized the project “MinebeaMitsumi Green Greeting: Revitalizing Our Forest” to promote biodiversity and environmental restoration, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 13: Climate Action and Goal 15: Life on Land.
The activity took place at Wang Phleng, Muang Kom, and Lam Narai Forest Reserves in Chai Badan District, Lop Buri Province, with participation from executives, local leaders, and employees.
Mr. Pairote Lertbunditkul, Group Executive Officer and Director, and Mr. Chaiwat Chaiwanchinda, Manager of Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and CSR, presided over the event. Also present were Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Phanupong Siri, Chai Badan District Chief; Miss Thapanan Boonchuen, Deputy Mayor of Khao Laem Sub-district Administration Organization; local headmen and village chiefs, along with 144 employee volunteers from NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd.
This project aimed to foster awareness and responsibility for natural resource conservation, while also strengthening positive relationships between the company and the surrounding communities.

Environmental and Safety Management Knowledge Transfer to Community under the concept "Bang Pa-in Zero Waste: Water Culture, Preserving Local Traditions of Bang Pa-in"
On July 9, 2024, the CSR Committee of Bang Pa-in and Ban Wa plants promoted environmental awareness and safety by organizing an educational activity under the concept “Bang Pa-in Zero Waste – National Children's Day Activity.” The activity took place at Bang Pa-in Kindergarten School.
The event was participated by 81 student volunteers and local media officers from six schools in the Bang Pa-in area. The objective was to raise awareness on proper waste segregation and encourage students to share their knowledge with others, while also serving as a platform for constructive idea-sharing.
This project helped promote environmental responsibility among the younger generation and strengthened the relationship between the company and the local community.

On May 31, 2024, Representative of employee and CSR committee of Banwa 1 plant conduct Minebea Banwa Volunteer Cleaning Temple 13th Project at Prot sat Temple, Ayutthaya by allowing employees to participate in cleaning, provide cleaning equipment pick up trash and sweep the leaves around the temple area.

On May 29, 2024,CSR committee (Lopburi) providing wheelchairs, patient beds and organizing training courses to enhance the physical and mental health of the elderly at Khok Toom Municipality, Lopburi Prokovince by donating 7 wheelchairs and 4 patient beds.

On April 30, 2024, NMB-Minebea Thailand Ltd., (Bang pa-in) support the emergency team to extinguish a fire occurs at landfill of Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict Municipality.
The emergency team took 3 hours support Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict Municipality to control the fire.
Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict Municipality and people have been safe from fire. Community and Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict Municipality has a positive attitude toward the company and good relationship between the community and our company has built.

The emergency team took 5 hours support Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict Municipality to control the fire.
Community and Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict Municipality has a positive attitude towards the company.
We will continue to build a good relationship between the community and our company.

On April 5, 2024, the CSR Committee Rojana plant. Promote health for the community by working with Uthai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in providing knowledge about health care and care for bedridden patients. This time essential items were given to patients, such as normal saline, adult diapers, etc.
This project can be build a good attitude and good relationship between community and company.
